For GrindingBraziler Technology offers several coatings for grinding. For low stress grinding we offer our patent pending ABräz abrasive coating. This coating provides high surface finish, and can be applied to intricate forms for grinding special shapes. Wheel configuration is virtually free of shape limitations. The coating can be applied to almost any wheel core, such as steel, aluminium, brass, copper or plastic. For higher stress grinding application we offer NiBräz abrasive coating. NiBräz utilizes a tough metal to hold the abrasive particles in place in a single layer. It can be used for virtually all grinding applications. Typically, NiBräz is applied to steel wheel blanks, but with special preparation can be applied to most metallic blanks. Both the ABräz and NiBräz coatings can be removed when grinding efficiency drops, and reapplied to provide a new grinding surface, so wheel blanks can be reused, saving time and cost. |
For PartsBraziler Technology had developed a special technology for a non-skid coating as an assembly aid. Brakit coatings are typically used for stabilizing parts before being tightened or to coat gripping surfaces on machine tools. Brakit coatings can be applied without affecting the surface coatings on parts or tools, and are compatible with most substrates. Equipment is available to apply the coating in a production enviroment. All Braziler coatings can be applied with typical engineered abrasives, such as aluminum oxide and silicon carbide, as well as superabrasives like diamond and CBN. Our staff has over 50 years experience in coating technology to help provide you with the right solution. From application engineering to supporting your manufacturing, Braziler Technology can help you improve your manufacturing productivity and reduce your cost to meet the challenges of the new century. |
